May 18, 2010 – China Select Capital Partners Corp. (TSXV: CH) is pleased to announce that, following its previous announcement on April 16, 2010, it had received a business license from the Suzhou municipal government for its wholly owned subsidiary to operate as an onshore foreign fund management company. This business license, issued on May 12, 2010, represents an official approval for China Select to manage Renminbi denominated investment funds.

China Select also announced today that Mr. Junfeng Li, Deputy Director General of the Energy Research Institute, National Development and Reform Commission of the People’s Republic of China has joined the Company’s advisory board. In addition, Mr. Li serves as Professor and Chair of the Academic Committee of the Energy Research Institute, Secretary General of the China Renewable Energy Industries Association, Vice Chairman of the Global Wind Energy Council, Vice Chairman of REN 21 and Chief Editor of the Energy Law of China. Mr. Li is a leading author in the area of the development of Chinese Renewable Energy Law and graduated from the Shandong Mining Institute in 1982.
